Due to a few last-minute cancellations, a cancellation policy has had to be put into place. Of course, we completely understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary but it is respectfully asked that you allow at least 24 hours notice so that other clients wanting appointments get the opportunity to book in.

This means that when an appointment is either forgotten or cancelled last minute, a cancellation fee will be charged and a booking fee will be required upfront to secure your next appointment.
