Where are you?
The Beauty Loft is based in Rectory Mansion, Brading (the old waxworks museum). If you go through the main double doors, across the courtyard and up the steps onto the balcony you will find us straight ahead.
How far ahead do I have to book in?
Currently, bookings are being made around 2 weeks in advance (with the exception of 15-minute treatments such as facial waxing etc.) so it is advised, if possible, to book your next appointment at the end of your treatment – just to ensure availability at a time that suits you best! However, last-minute appointments do arise so feel free to get in touch and we will always try to fit you in.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Due to a few last-minute cancellations, a cancellation policy has had to be put into place. Of course, we completely understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary but it is respectfully asked that you allow at least 24 hours notice so that other clients wanting appointments get the opportunity to book in.
This means that when an appointment is either forgotten or cancelled last minute, a cancellation fee will be charged and a booking fee will be required upfront to secure your next appointment.
Do I need a patch test for eye treatments?
Yes. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting and lash lifts do require a patch test 24-48 hours before your treatment, just to ensure that you suffer no reaction to the products that are used. It takes about 2 seconds to do, so feel free to drop The Beauty Loft a message and we can get you booked in for a patch test.
What if I’m late?
We understand that sometimes your day doesn’t always go to plan! However, it is recommended to always drop us a message if you’re running late and how long you’re planning to be. That way we can either shorten/adapt your treatment or we can reschedule for a better time.
